Growing up I enjoyed watching my mom cooking for the family. While my mom cooked for the family I helped her out with the ingredients that were needed. I enjoyed seeing recipes coming to life and of course when everyone said this food is delicious. As I got older I wanted to try something different other than Mexican dishes so I started making other dishes. Mexican food is so good and I need to share that next. So stay tuned for some Chilles Rellenos as those are my favorite to make.
Who is ready to make some mini veggie pizzas for the whole family. I recently made these for my family so I have to share the recipe for other families to make as well. It’s pretty easy and it’s my kids favorite to eat for lunch or sometimes dinner time. I know sometimes I have a hard time with my kids eating veggies but when it’s on a pizza it’s way easier to eat. I hope you enjoy these mini pizzas as much as we did.
Mini Veggie Pizzas
Ingredients
- Prepare the following:
- – Pizza dough – form into mini sizes
- – Vero Gusto® Tomato & Basil Sauce – top pizzas to taste
- – Mozzarella cheese – sprinkle on top
- Top with the following to taste:
- – Bell peppers (chopped)
- – Zucchini’s (chopped)
- – Onion (sliced)
- – Optional (jalapeños)
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15min
