Fruit Smoothie Bowls Are In My Menu and This is Why.

Fruit Smoothie Bowls Are In My Menu and This is Why.

Rise and Shine! It’s breakfast time guys! So what do you normally make yourself for breakfast? I usually have a really quick breakfast because I have to get my little ones ready for school and the get the hubby his breakfast for work. So me having breakfast is always the fastest thing that I can reach for. Sometimes a bagel with cream cheese or maybe just a cup of coffee. Yup no joke seriously. Or sometimes I get so wrapped up with my work that I no longer have breakfast because I forget to make something. I look at the clock and it’s 11am already and it’s already time to eat lunch. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So of course I have to do something about me skipping breakfast or just having a quick breakfast on the go. So that’s why I have decided to add fruit smoothie bowls to my breakfast they are super fast to make and they are delicious. The best part is that you can get creative in how you make them. I decided to go with my favorite berries. I added some chopped Almonds and can’t forget my flaxseeds. It was the yummiest and tastiest and now my kids are hooked as well. Down Below I will be sharing my recipe if you wish to make it. Remember you can get creative and make it at your taste. Cheers friends and Enjoy!
