Everything written in this blog are my own words and in no way I am a professional.
So here is the thing guys, I grew up eating lots and lots of Mexican food. Which I love and I’m not complaining at all but this is the thing I never knew how to make any other dishes. Like Italian, Chinese, American etc. I only knew how to make authentic Mexican food. So now that I have my own family I want my kids to taste a little bit of everyone else’s dishes.
I know that these are just wings and we can have these just about anywhere. But they aren’t just any wings. These wings I made and seasoned all by myself. Didn’t buy them pre-made or pre-seasoned at all. They are super duper easy to season and you can get as creative as you want. As long as the seasonings make sense.
Here is what I added to my wings and hope you get to try them out.
Ingredients
1. Lemon juice
2. Cayenne pepper
3. Ground pepper
4. Ground ginger
5. Dry parsley
6. Minced garlic
7. Diced onion
8. Diced cilantro Oven Temperature- 400 F for 45 minutes
I like my wings crispy all around so I leave them in for 20 minutes on one side and flip them to get the bottom side crispy for the remaining of the time.
That’s all! Hope you get to enjoy my favorite wings. Stay tune because my next recipe will be Lamp.
